Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

CCTV & Network Management at exam venues.
2
Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious activity, malpractice, or technical faults
3
Day to day Operations support for CCTV monitoring at exam venues.
4
Check and confirm operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices before the exam
5
Provide Status update at regular interval for CCTV
6
Support any footage retrieval requests from authorized officials for audit, dispute resolution, or investigation.
7
Ensure proper storage and secure backup of CCTV footage as per customer policy
