Job Description
You will be responsible for controlling end-to-end finance processes in ERP, including procurement, invoicing, day-to-day system data entry, and books closure. Additionally, you will be in charge of data entry and maintenance of projects in the ERP system, managing accounts receivables by following up and coordinating for collection, preparing statutory payments working for TDS, GST, Profession Tax, etc., ensuring monthly necessary reconciliations such as GST Reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, etc., providing assistance in financial reporting including MIS, budgets, projects, preparing financial statements and schedules, as well as leading and executing audits such as statutory, tax, internal, and ISO.
Your skills should include work experience in the field of finance, accounting, GST, TDS, a sharp knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance processes, working knowledge of statutory filings and regulations, good math skills with the ability to spot numerical errors, hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally ERP, and knowledge of SAP (preferred), organization skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
To qualify for this position, you must have completed the Intermediate level of examination for Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost Accountant (ICMAI), possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have a preference if you have handled finance for service organizations and ERP knowledge of Oracle, SAP, etc.
Having 2-5 years of corporate experience is mandatory for this role. The work location is in person at Mumbai with a morning shift schedule.
