Job Description
You are seeking a Business/Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within Sales, Marketing, or CRM technology domains.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM enhancements and new functionality.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, data models, and functional specifications that guide development efforts.
- Ensure requirements are comprehensive, testable, and aligned with business objectives while considering technical feasibility and system constraints.
- Leverage deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities to recommend solutions that maximize platform value.
- Analyze and optimize configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products within our suite.
- Work closely with data architects and developers to define requirements for integrations between Salesforce and connected systems.
- Ensure data flows are properly mapped, transformations are clearly documented, and integration points support business processes while maintaining data integrity and security.
- Define evaluation criteria with various stakeholders, including usability, reporting capabilities, scalability, and data model flexibility.
- Document current-state workflows, data flows, and reporting use cases.
- Assess integration points between CRM, data warehouse (Snowflake), and analytics platforms.
- Translate evaluation outcomes into Features and Stories in Jira to inform future implementation roadmaps.
- Present findings and recommendations to Product and Technology leadership.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and its data structures.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Salesforce Data 360.
- Proven ability to operate in a SAFe Agile environment, creating and maintaining Features, Epics, and Stories in Jira.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Background in asset management, financial services, or intermediary distribution.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., CRMA, Tableau, Power BI) for interpreting platform outputs.
