Business/System Analyst II

As a Business Systems Analyst at Qualifacts, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with internal subject matter experts, scrum teams, and business units to enhance our clients' ability to provide industry-leading care and comply with regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently conducting business and systems analysis for small projects/applications and systems. - Leading discovery sessions with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure compliance with user and business specifications. - Working collaboratively with business and IT to document mockups, prototypes, use cases, and workflow diagrams to meet usability and user experience standards. - Consulting with project and business stakeholders to develop, document, refine, and communicate business and functional requirements while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines. - Providing support to Product Manager/Owners in prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories. - Evaluating information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, and abstracting up to a general understanding. - Collaborating with stakeholders to create alignment and purpose from concept to development. - Articulating and identifying strategic objectives for all assigned projects aligned with customer expectations and company goals. - Participating in project teams to troubleshoot defects (technical and functional) within the production solution during post-release support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree Required (computer science, information systems, business administration, or other industry-related curriculum). - Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst working directly with clients, stakeholders, and software engineering teams. - Minimum 2 years of experience defining and documenting business and functional solutions, models, and specifications involving transformation from legacy platforms and integrated services platforms. - Knowledge of Use Case Modeling and experience with Process flows and/or activity diagrams. - Experience capturing and eliciting business requirements (JAD, End User Interview). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated experience working across technical and business boundaries to understand objectives, scope, and capture business needs. - Sales Cloud Or Service Cloud Experience is preferred. Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
