Business Systems Analyst III - Digital

As a Business Systems Analyst III at F5 within the License and Fulfillment team, your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and processes for licensing F5's full portfolio of products. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. Here's what you'll be doing: - Serve as a subject matter expert for licensing and fulfillment systems, processes, and data flows - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across different teams - Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation - Collaborate with engineering teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements - Support the end-to-end license lifecycle, including provisioning, entitlement management, renewals, and fulfillment workflows - Identify areas for process improvement within licensing and fulfillment operations - Create and maintain detailed documentation such as business process flows and system configuration guides - Lead stakeholder meetings, sprint reviews, and working sessions - Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and coordinate testing - Support integrations between licensing platforms and other systems like Salesforce and Oracle EBS - Respond to incidents, participate in RCA activities, and help define SLOs and SLIs - Be available for escalations outside office hours Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technology or SaaS company - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira and Confluence - Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, or Oracle - Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations - Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment - Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications Nice to have skills include knowledge of F5 product lines, experience with API integrations, understanding of license models, and familiarity with software licensing operations.
