Job Description
As a Business Support Executive at AECOM, your role involves providing structured business and administrative support to the Operations Head, HR Head, and Finance Head. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and summarizing business priorities.
- Coordinating cross-functional communication between Operations, HR, and Finance.
- Preparing high-quality presentations, decks, and executive summaries.
- Compiling and structuring data from multiple departments into concise reports.
- Supporting monthly and quarterly review presentations.
- Maintaining trackers and dashboards for performance monitoring.
In terms of qualifications, you should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in executive support, business operations, consulting, or coordination roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to think structurally.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
