Job Description

As the Business Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in the leadership team, responsible for devising and executing the overarching marketing strategy to enhance revenue growth and elevate brand recognition. Your expertise in leading and managing marketing teams in a B2B setting will be pivotal in fortifying brand presence, generating top-notch leads, and significantly impacting the company's profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals. - Leading and supervising a high-performing marketing team, offering mentorship and direction. - Managing the annual marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment for all marketing activities. - Supervising all facets of the marketing mix, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, and public relations. - Conducting market trend analysis and monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Devising and executing lead generation strategies to bolster the sales team. - Monitoring crucial marketing metrics and delivering regular performance reports. - Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure synergy between marketing and sales endeavors. - Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. - Establishing and maintaining a robust brand identity and messaging across all platforms. - Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies. In terms of technical skills, you should possess proficiency in: - Utilizing marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Marketo. - Working with CRM systems such as Salesforce. - Strong analytical capabilities, including expertise in leveraging marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. - Ability to use design software, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite being desirable. - Experience in marketing budget management and financial reporting. The required qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies. Your skills and experience should encompass: - Marketing: In-depth knowledge of the complete marketing landscape, covering both traditional and digital channels. Proven capability to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns with impactful outcomes. - Sales: Sound understanding of the sales process and the ability to collaborate efficiently with the sales team. Experience in lead nurturing and qualification is imperative. - B2B Sales: Extensive background in lead generation and deal closure within a B2B environment. Understanding B2B buyer behavior and decision-making processes is crucial. - Digital Marketing: Profound experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Demonstrated ability to harness digital marketing for lead generation and revenue growth, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
