Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Cluster Business Manager in the Secured & Unsecured Lending Business at Muthoot Fincorp Limited, your main responsibility will be to achieve budgeted sales volumes, build relevant sales structures for the state/region, work with branches on necessary products and distribution, achieve cross-sell targets, manage soft bucket collections, and maintain delinquency levels as per requirements. You will also collaborate closely with Credit & Risk departments on product and process rollouts and ensure adherence to audit compliance within the sales vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes and portfolio targets as per the budget plan
- Build relevant sales structures for the state/region
- Collaborate with branches on necessary products and distribution to build the portfolio
- Achieve cross-sell targets including initiatives like insurance and other products
- Manage soft bucket collections and maintain delinquency levels as per desired standards
- Work closely with Credit & Risk departments on product and process rollouts
- Ensure adherence to audit compliance and requirements within the sales vertical
Qualifications Required:
- Educational Qualification: Any UG/PG or MBA
- Experience: 10+ years of overall experience
- Skills: Unsecured Micro/small ticket/Biz loan sales & distribution background, LAP sales & distribution (not mandatory), managed BTL initiatives, channel and direct sales team experience, soft collections experience in unsecured loans, team building, and training
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork, ability to work in a stretch/multi-tasking environment, effective communication at different levels, adaptability to complex work environments and organizational values, task-oriented with a focus on daily sales/revenue numbers Role Overview:
