Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to support business decision-making.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, create ETL processes, and integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, databases) into data warehouses.

Build and optimize interactive visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics; conduct data analysis using SQL, Python, or R to uncover actionable insights.

Perform unit testing, troubleshoot BI systems, monitor performance, and implement improvements for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and provide training on BI tools and reports.

Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.

Stay updated on BI trends, evaluate new tools/technologies, and recommend enhancements to existing analytics infrastructure.
