Business Finance Partner/Manager

As a Business Finance Manager in an IT / Consulting / Professional Services company based in Chennai, your role will involve partnering with leadership to drive financial performance, profitability, and business decision support. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a finance business partner to delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams. - Analyzing business unit profitability, margins, revenue realization, and cost structures. - Monitoring recruiter performance and hiring productivity metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire, and conversion ratios. - Providing financial insights and analytics to support pricing, new engagements, and business expansion decisions. - Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business. - Developing and maintaining management dashboards and performance reports covering key KPIs such as utilization, revenue per employee, margins, and engagement profitability. Qualifications required for this role include: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 812 years of post-qualification experience. - Prior experience in IT, ITES, consulting, or professional services organizations is preferred. - Strong exposure to business finance, profitability analysis, and performance analytics. - Experience working with utilization metrics, workforce economics, and recruiter productivity in services-based organizations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with BI tools or ERP systems is an added advantage.
