Their mission is to simplify finance and help more people access credit across India. **Role Overview:** As a Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing MIS reports across business units. This includes creating monthly performance dashboards, conducting variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also collaborate with business and functional teams to prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and track key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preparation and analysis of MIS reports, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Collaborate with business and functional teams to prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisions - Conduct scenario modeling, trend analysis, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate business performance and outlook - Regular benchmarking against industry peers and competitors to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities - Provide business insights and financial commentary for internal reviews and board meetings - Collaborate with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Risk to respond to internal and external stakeholders - Contribute to due diligence efforts and provide financial inputs for fundraising and strategic partnerships **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience - Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics, and investor-related deliverables - Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadership in data-driven decision-making If you are from mid-sized NBFCs/Big 6 firms and have FDD experience, you would be preferred for this role.
