Job Description
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Coimboss Engineers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the construction and RMC plant industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities in the RMC plant, construction, and infrastructure sector.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, mechanical heads, and purchase managers.
- Conducting client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Presenting and promoting Coimboss Engineers products and services to potential customers.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment / RMC plant spares.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Sales presentation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as a Business Development Executive at Coimboss Engineers, you will be expected to:
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales closures.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and CRM teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
