Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Pathfinder, GIBS Group, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding the market footprint. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Identify and acquire new clients for the company's real estate portfolio, including Residential, Commercial, or Luxury projects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiations and closing.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Channel Partner & Network Management:
- Build, manage, and motivate a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, and agents) to ensure a steady flow of business.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with channel partners to keep them updated on new project launches and market trends.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Provide feedback to management on pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies based on client interactions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the buying/leasing process.
- Update the CRM with accurate data and address client queries promptly to ensure retention and referrals.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent Pathfinder, GIBS Group at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking meets.
- Uphold professional standards and ethics associated with the GIBS brand.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Masters/Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Minimum 8-15 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales/Business Development/Sales.
- Track Record: Must have a verifiable history of achieving sales targets in the primary real estate market.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market dynamics, pricing, and regulations (RERA).
- Negotiation Skills: Expert in deal structuring and closing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Network: A strong existing database of HNI clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and digital marketing tools.
