Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at WeNext, you will be responsible for driving growth, lead generation, and performance marketing strategies to scale customer acquisition through outbound sales and digital marketing. This on-site role in India is ideal for professionals who excel in B2B sales execution and have hands-on experience in paid advertising and growth marketing techniques.
**Role Overview:**
In this role, you will be leading the charge in lead generation, business development, and performance marketing to build predictable B2B pipelines and drive revenue growth. Your core responsibility will be planning, executing, and optimizing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, alongside managing CRM pipelines and improving lead conversion velocity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build predictable B2B pipelines through outbound and inbound channels.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email campaigns, and automated sequences for prospecting and qualifying accounts.
- Manage CRM pipelines and enhance MQL to SQL conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Drive B2B lead generation through various channels like lead forms, website conversion campaigns, and retargeting ads.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Track performance using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboards.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and generate insightful reports on CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement learnings into repeatable growth strategies.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong metrics-driven mindset with experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or digital products.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation through paid social channels.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Google Ads.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take direct ownership of paid acquisition and revenue pipeline, shape WeNext's growth engine, and work in a fast-paced product environment with high visibility from the leadership team.
