Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at White Globe, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales for enterprise clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored language solutions. Your role will involve owning the full sales cycle, including lead generation, consultative selling, solution design, and deal closure. You will be expected to build strong client relationships, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic planning and CRM-driven execution. Collaboration across marketing, tech, and delivery teams will be essential to co-create client success. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B sales for enterprise clients by identifying needs and offering tailored language solutions - Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, consultative selling, solution design, and deal closure - Build strong client relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline - Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic planning and CRM-driven execution - Collaborate across marketing, tech, and delivery teams to co-create client success Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in enterprise (B2B) sales, preferably in services - Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills - Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, sales automation tools, and Sales Navigator - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred White Globe is Asia's leading Language Service Provider, delivering Language, Marketing, Multimedia, and E-learning Solutions in 350 languages across diverse industries.
