Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) for India staffing services, your role will involve driving new business by acquiring clients and companies in need of contract staffing services. Your main responsibilities will include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities for contract staffing services. Targeting and acquiring MNC, GCC clients, and mid-to-large companies in India. Building relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams. Generating staffing requirements and converting them into active client engagements. Working closely with the recruitment team to deliver candidates for open roles. Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. Maintaining strong client relationships and expanding existing accounts. To excel in this role, you should have: 38 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry. Proven experience in bringing new staffing clients and contract staffing opportunities. Experience working with GCC companies or enterprise clients is preferred. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of the India staffing market and hiring trends. Your skills should include expertise in: Business Development | Client Acquisition | Contract Staffing | GCC Sales | Account Management | Staffing Sales | Relationship Management Please note that the job location for this position is in Jaya Nagar, Bengaluru.
