As a Business Automation Expert at Redcliffe Labs, your role will involve driving end-to-end automation and digital transformation across the organization. You will be responsible for blending technology, process excellence, and business understanding to convert manual workflows into scalable, AI-driven systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will aim to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and build intelligent, future-ready operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, analyze, and map existing manual processes across departments - Conduct process audits to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation opportunities - Design and implement automation solutions using AI, Machine Learning, and RPA tools - Lead end-to-end automation initiatives across HR, Operations, Finance, and other functions - Integrate automation tools with existing systems (CRM, ERP, internal platforms) - Develop dashboards and real-time tracking systems for automated processes - Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in all automation initiatives - Continuously optimize and enhance automated systems - Stay updated with emerging AI, RPA, and automation trends **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Deep understanding of process automation and digital transformation - Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Automation-first and innovation-driven mindset As a preferred profile, you should have 8+ years of experience in process automation / AI / digital transformation roles. Strong hands-on experience with tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier is essential. Experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI tools, and certification in Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence will be advantageous. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service-based industries is preferred, along with a proven track record of automating complex and large-scale business processes.
