Business and Functional Analyst (BFA) for Audit confirmations, Commercial Banking, AVP

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of Audit confirmations application support from Berlin to India by providing strong functional oversight throughout the transition process. Your role will involve understanding the application functionality, participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions, documenting business flows, validations, and exception logic, and ensuring requirements completeness for handover to India. As the primary functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all five Audit Confirmation components, you will support L3 engineers with functional clarifications, analyze and validate incidents and root-cause scenarios, and work closely with Ops, ERTs, and risk teams. Additionally, you will provide business analysis, gather business requirements, and produce documentation for Audit confirmations process. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the Business Requirements document in collaboration with the Cluster Head and Technology Agile Team - Analyze Market Requirement Document along with BPMs and Demand manager to finalize Solution / Functional requirement specifications - Communicate proposed requirement specifications with stakeholders and support testing activities - Work on Change the Bank projects for India Branch Technology and ensure smooth transition into BAU support model - Write and review Test Cases for functional and non-functional testing - Resolve functional issues from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support Application management for trouble shooting - Develop traceability matrices to track requirements and documentation through to test case development - Define Test Plans, produce User Training material, and coordinate UAT across multiple Business lines and locations - Define, measure, and report on Quality Assurance of project deliverables Qualification Required: - Graduate degree from accredited college or university with a concentration in computer science, business, finance, or equivalent - Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Fluent in English Language (written and spoken) - Knowledge of at least 1 system used to document business process (e.g. MS Visio, BPMN) Additional Company Details: The company offers a range of benefits including a Best in class leave policy, Gender neutral parental leaves, 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit, Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications, Employee Assistance Program, Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance, Accident and Term life Insurance, and Complementary Health screening for individuals aged 35 and above.
