Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings and workshops. - Identify and examine business needs and determine timely and effective solutions to business problems. - Act as a bridge between the business and the IT team to ensure consistency in requirement gathering and management. - Work with project delivery teams to develop comprehensive and accurate requirement specification documents. - Facilitate clarification meetings with business and project delivery teams to ensure all requirements are fully understood and documented. - Assess the impact, risks, and benefits of various requirements and proposed solutions. - Verify with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the solution design accurately meets business needs and objectives. - Clarify technical queries on behalf of the business and validate fixes to defects. - Develop well-thought-out and robust business cases for future projects and initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis. - Proficiency in analyzing customer's business applications and converting business needs into viable solution blueprints. - Strong communication skills to convey new ideas and provide a strategic viewpoint to solve customer business problems and create sustainable business value.
