Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with AI exposure who can bridge the gap between business needs and advanced analytics/AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement gathering, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define use cases and success metrics.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for AI implementation.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 38 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (predictive analytics, NLP, machine learning basics).
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R is a plus).
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
