Job Description
As a Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst at S&P Global, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements related to Salesforce CRM and developing solutions to meet those needs. You will design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction, and develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce CRM solutions. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain Salesforce CRM performance, ensure compliance with industry standards, train stakeholders and colleagues on the use of Salesforce CRM, and stay up to date with Salesforce CRM developments and trends.
Qualifications required for this role include having the right mix of technical and business acumen, proven experience in Salesforce and related technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
