Job Description
As a Business Analyst at LUXASIA, your role is crucial in unlocking insights from transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into impactful business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth understanding of business processes and define use cases/user stories for applications
- Develop highly available business reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Collaborate closely with business units and other IT teams, reporting to the Platform owner
- Understand stakeholder requirements, map them with data sources/data warehouse, and perform business analysis and data queries
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams to align them with your focus area
- Execute analytical projects and apply analytical methods effectively
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of analytics experience in developing Power BI/Tableau dashboards
- Deep understanding of SQL, experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), statistical & analytical methods
- Broad understanding of E-Commerce/D2C commerce space
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for understanding customers and their behavior
- Translate business objectives into actionable analyses
