Business Analyst- Australian Process

**Job Description:** As a Business Analyst at our company, your primary role will be to assist the technical team in mapping the business processes of the client workflow solutions. You will need to understand and address the client's requirements to ensure effective and efficient system processes. Additionally, you should have the ability to communicate technically with developers, read and comprehend logs, configuration set-up, and support the client in setting up plugins within specific shopping carts, particularly Shopify. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the technical team in mapping the business processes of client workflow solutions - Understand and address client's requirements for effective system processes - Communicate technically with developers - Read and comprehend logs, configuration set-up, etc. - Support clients in setting up plugins within specific shopping carts, especially Shopify **Qualifications Required:** - Male/Female with any degree, preferably in Computer Science - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role - Basic knowledge in PHP, Web Services, and .NET - Knowledge of software programming languages and software testing (System test & User Acceptance Test) - Good understanding of Database Management & Network Management - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Work experience from an E-commerce platform would be an added advantage - Immediate joiner - Work from the office in the Australian Shift, Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST) Please share your updated CV to jobs@infosearchbpo.com or contact HR @ 044-42925000 for more details. **Additional Company Details (if present):** Infosearch BPO Services Pvt Ltd is located at No.237, Peters Road, Gopalapuram, Chennai - 600 086, near Satyam Cinemas.
