Job Description
You will be responsible for leading and owning brand strategy and content initiatives for Skalegrows client engagements, particularly in the IT and B2B tech space. Your role will involve shaping brand narratives, aligning messaging across channels, and ensuring that every content asset reflects a cohesive positioning strategy.
- Lead the development of brand positioning and messaging frameworks for B2B IT and tech clients.
- Create compelling brand narratives that clearly articulate value propositions, differentiation, and market positioning.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Strategize website structure and messaging architecture from a branding and conversion standpoint.
- Review and guide website content and design to ensure alignment with the brand narrative.
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Conceptualize and structure modular sales decks that can be customized for various proposals.
- Develop master messaging slides, case study formats, and proposal narratives.
- Ensure all client-facing collateral reflects strong storytelling and strategic clarity.
- Own LinkedIn organic marketing strategy for Skalegrows clients across various industries.
- Develop high-quality thought leadership content tailored for B2B and IT audiences.
- Guide long-form and short-form content creation across blogs, case studies, and leadership communication.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create banners, presentation assets, carousels, and other brand materials.
- Review creative outputs to ensure visual identity aligns with brand strategy.
- Act as the brand custodian across projects and ensure all outputs meet strategic standards.
- Establish documentation and guidelines for maintaining brand consistency.
**Qualifications required:**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or content roles.
- Strong background in content strategy and long-form writing, especially in IT, SaaS, or tech industries.
- Proven experience building or repositioning brands in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and proposal storytelling.
- Experience strategizing or restructuring websites from a messaging perspective.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with content development.
- Comfort working in a startup environment where ownership and initiative are expected.
