As a Senior Manager in Brand Solutions (Social Media) at a Marketing agency, your role will involve leading client relationships and developing effective strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, nurturing long-term relationships and providing expert guidance on their business objectives.
Strategic Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies based on client briefs, including media mix, channel selection, and content integration.
Ideation & Solutions: Generate creative ideas to meet client challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop holistic solutions.
Deck & Proposal Creation: Prepare and present compelling client decks, proposals, and business reviews in a clear and persuasive manner.
Brief Interpretation: Analyze client briefs to identify key requirements and ensure alignment across internal teams.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, guiding junior team members and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications required for this role include:
Experience: 4-7 years in a client-facing role within a media or advertising agency.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Media Planning, Account Management, or Client Servicing with a deep understanding of digital media channels.
Content Focus: Prior experience with content-based clients, including branded content, influencer marketing, and content syndication.
Agency Background: Strong experience in an agency environment, familiar with a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-centric culture.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to articulate complex ideas confidently.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and identify growth opportunities for clients.
Leadership: Experience in mentoring junior team members and leading projects from brief to execution.
