BIM Modeler

As an MEP BIM Modeler working for construction projects in Dubai operations, based in Hyderabad, your role involves developing engineering drawings, floor plans, and documentation using Revit software on BIM (Building Information Modelling). Your key responsibilities include: - Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work for a specific design discipline. - Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. - Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria. - Receive daily work tasks from superiors, report task completion. - Prepare discipline model and contents for BIM coordination, identify and resolve clashes. - Complete assigned work tasks, report to Engineer-in-charge/Mentor/Manager. - Perform Engineering Design calculations or analysis using discipline-specific software. - Monitor model updates, inform EIC/Mentor/Manager of any changes. - Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline designs for model changes. - Coordinate shop drawings submission schedule, mitigate delays. - Resolve technical issues on Revit/BIM Models as needed. Qualification Required: - BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical. You must have the following skills: - Autodesk certification (CAD and Revit software). - Creative and Self-driven. - Time-management Skills. - Communication Skills. - Analytical Skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in MEP BIM is required for this role.
