Experience - 7+ years

Required skills :
Lead backend architecture and system design using Python.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs.
Work with frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Implement microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Optimize database queries and improve performance (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Implement caching strategies using Redis.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Collaborate with DevOps for deployments on cloud platforms.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
