Job Description
As a Product Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in blending creativity with problem-solving to design elegant and user-friendly solutions for complex problems in the healthcare and service industries. - Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are prioritized in every design decision.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs to effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.
- Participate in user research activities to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and team input to meet business goals and user needs.
- Deliver high-fidelity visual designs and design assets for a seamless and consistent user experience.
- Translate complex service workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces to support users in critical, time-sensitive tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
- Experience designing for complex products, especially in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred).
- Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components.
- Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with product and engineering teams on a fast-paced schedule.
