Job Description

As a Digital Content & Social Media Manager at Tru Performance, you will be responsible for owning and driving end-to-end content across various platforms such as websites, blogs, newsletters, sales enablement assets, and social media. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality B2B content that enhances brand authority, generates leads, and supports sales enablement. To excel in this role, you should possess strong writing skills, social content experience, and the ability to transform business inputs into structured content effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars - Develop content aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), services, and campaign themes - Write and manage website pages, landing pages, and blogs - Generate founder-led LinkedIn content and oversee brand social channels - Produce newsletters and long-form editorial content - Develop sales enablement assets such as case studies, testimonials, one-pagers, ebooks, and guides - Repurpose long-form content into social and short-form formats - Collaborate with SEO, performance, design, and leadership teams for content inputs - Utilize AI tools for content drafting and repurposing - Maintain content repository and templates - Monitor and enhance content performance metrics KPIs / Success Metrics: - Achievement of monthly content output targets - Adherence to content calendar - Social engagement and growth - Newsletter open and click rates - Volume of case studies and asset production - Growth of founder and brand social channels - Engagement metrics related to Ideal Customer Profile - Usage of sales enablement content - Leads influenced by content assets Required Skills: - Strong B2B writing and editing abilities - Proficiency in blog, website, and social content writing - Experience in LinkedIn content strategy and execution - Skilled in newsletter and editorial writing - Capability in creating compelling case studies and storytelling - Knowledge of SEO-aware writing practices - Content planning and calendar management skills - Ability to extract content from subject matter experts (SMEs) and founder discussions - Basic understanding of content analytics Preferred Tools: - WordPress Publishing - LinkedIn and social scheduling tools - Newsletter platforms (Mailchimp / HubSpot / similar) - AI content tools and prompt-based workflows - Basic SEO tools (preferred) Experience Required: - 45+ years of experience in digital content, B2B marketing content, and social media content - Background in Agency / B2B / SaaS / Consulting preferred - Demonstrable portfolio of blogs, social posts, and long-form content Education: - Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred - Strong portfolio can substitute for formal specialization Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience in B2B or agency environments - Comfortable collaborating with founders and senior stakeholders - Structured and process-driven approach - Proficient in content repurposing and multi-channel formats - Performance-oriented mindset (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
