Job Description
You are invited to join the SME Lending Team of HSBC Business Banking in Mumbai as an Acquisition Relationship Manager at AVP grade. Your role will primarily involve acquiring new-to-bank clients for SME lending products, specifically working capital (WC) and self-employed Loan Against Property (LAP) with ticket sizes ranging between 2 to 20 crores. Having experience in managing Direct Selling Agents (DSA) would be considered advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Acquire new-to-bank clients for SME lending products such as working capital and self-employed LAP.
- Handle ticket sizes ranging from 2 to 20 crores.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the SME lending space.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients for SME lending products.
- Familiarity with working capital and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in managing Direct Selling Agents (DSA) is a plus.
