Job Description

As an experienced AVP Operations (SME Products), your role will involve leading and coordinating operational activities related to SME lending across multiple locations. You will oversee both pre-disbursement and post-disbursement processes to ensure process consistency, regulatory adherence, and seamless coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee SME operations across regions and branches - Ensure alignment with approved operational processes - Guide regional and branch operations teams - Supervise documentation verification and process checklists - Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Business teams - Ensure readiness for loan disbursement - Escalate and resolve operational issues - Oversee documentation, record management, and compliance follow-ups - Ensure proper execution of post-disbursement processes - Address operational queries and process gaps - Drive standardization of operational practices - Identify process improvement opportunities - Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance - Review operational MIS and report to senior leadership Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with Credit, Sales, Risk, Legal, and Technical teams - Ensure smooth handover across the loan lifecycle - Support multi-location operational coordination Key Skills Required: - Strong understanding of SME lending operations in NBFCs - Expertise in pre- & post-disbursement processes - Strong stakeholder management & coordination skills - Structured, process-driven approach - Experience handling large teams across regions Qualification & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate (CA preferred) - 1520 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services - Proven experience in SME lending operations - Experience managing multi-location operational teams As an experienced AVP Operations (SME Products), your role will involve leading and coordinating operational activities related to SME lending across multiple locations.
