AVP- Ecommerce Operations

Role Overview: As an AVP- Ecommerce Operations at our client's company, a leading D2C brand in the specialty health and nutrition products industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the eCommerce marketplace business. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive operational/business goals. - Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform. - Expand the existing business by introducing new categories and product listings on various marketplaces. - Assist the team in managing the product portfolio to optimize sales and performance. - Oversee all aspects of marketplace eCommerce operations including customer service, updates, listings, promotions, merchandising, and maintenance. - Stay updated on promotional calendars and plans of eCommerce platforms, and drive category interventions. - Support eCommerce Manager on campaigns and programs. - Assist in integrating the eCommerce platform with the main website and backend systems. - Provide guidance to internal teams and vendor teams on development and implementation matters. - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations for the day-to-day management of the eCommerce platform. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in an ecommerce operations role. - Proficiency in handling ecommerce platforms, online sales, and website content management. - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Financial acumen to reconcile accounts receivables with payments from sales partners. - Ability to multitask effectively. - Experience with Google and web analytics. - Familiarity with evaluating and implementing SEO strategies.
