Automation Tester - Java/Selenium

As an Automation Tester at WillWare Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in Selenium, Java/Python, API automation, CI/CD, and modern testing tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. - Create robust test frameworks with Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Automate web, mobile, and API testing utilizing tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or Karate. - Identify and prioritize test scenarios suitable for automation. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. - Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. - Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and product teams to ensure product quality. - Execute automation scripts, analyze test results, and debug failures. - Report defects using tools like JIRA. - Maintain test data, environments, and reusable components in the automation suite. - Contribute to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 5+ years of test automation experience. - Proficient in Selenium WebDriver. - Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Cucumber, or Robot Framework. - Experience in API automation using RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI, or Karate. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI. - Experience with Git and version control workflows. - Understanding of SQL for backend validation. - Exposure to cloud testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
