Automation QA Analyst

As an Automation Testing professional, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts. You will provide QA automation vision and direction to local Quality Assurance Teams, analyze automated test coverage, and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with QA teams to drive automation initiatives and maintain KPIs is crucial. You will review automation progress across projects to ensure code quality standards, proactively address issues, and propose innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts - Provide QA automation vision and direction to local Quality Assurance Teams - Analyze automated test coverage and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with QA teams to drive automation initiatives and maintain KPIs - Review automation progress across projects to ensure code quality standards - Proactively address issues and propose innovative solutions - Develop and maintain API automation testing as part of the overall framework - Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork - Recommend solutions based on experience and industry best practices - Collaborate with Engineering teams to address automation challenges - Design and develop Automation-specific metrics and publish them as scheduled - Train QA teams to enhance proficiency in automation - Facilitate meetings and monitor action items to completion - Contribute positively in a high-performing, results-driven, and collaborative team environment - Experience with International and Virtual Teams Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Automation Testing for enterprise applications - Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation framework development and test execution - Proficiency in .NET technologies for test automation development - Experience writing automation scripts using C# programming language - Knowledge of automation framework design, implementation, and maintenance - Experience with API automation testing and integration within automation frameworks - Understanding of software testing methodologies including manual and automated testing approaches - Experience tracking automation coverage, quality metrics, and performance indicators - Ability to collaborate effectively with QA, engineering, and cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills - Experience working in collaborative and distributed teams, including international or virtual teams Education: - BE / BTech in Computer Science or a related field is preferred As an Automation Testing professional, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
