Associate Solution Delivery Architect

As a Solution Delivery Architect at Ensono, you will be engaged in transitioning clients' in-house IT operations to Ensono's support. Your main responsibilities will include participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions with clients, assisting in documentation creation, and leveraging your experience in console and batch operations. Collaboration with multiple teams and strong communication skills will be key, along with knowledge of Service management processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem management. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of relevant experience - Minimum of three years of experience in z/OS and familiarity with mainframe functional areas like zOS, Automation, Storage, CICS, and DBMS - Hands-on experience in monitoring console, system health checks, IPL & SAD dump procedures - Proficiency in FLPD (First Level Problem Determination), WTO/WTOR response, and handling device allocation errors - Understanding of SLA's and ability to take charge during critical situations, collaborating with required teams for quick resolution - Experience in at least 2 batch monitoring tools like CA7, Jobtrac, ESP, Automan, or OPC, including batch job monitoring, demand batch jobs, restarts, and scheduling - Ability to create concise documentation based on KT/Shadow sessions - Proficiency in IT Service management processes, particularly Incident, Problem & Change management Secondary Skills: - Experience with Mainframe printer tasks and printing - Understanding of distributed system jobs Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Leading the transition of Mainframe Console & Batch operations tasks to Ensono - Ensuring standard checklists are met before Go-live, identifying risks/issues, and reporting to Project Management - Taking charge of issues and coordinating with multiple teams for issue resolution - Supporting the transition of client environments to Ensono Steady State teams - Attending client meetings to understand the environment and address migration issues as they arise The primary location for this role is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with an additional location in Pune, Qubix.
