Job Description
As an Associate Project Manager in the P&A Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in modernizing project execution and business practices. Your collaboration with industry leaders and technology experts will drive impactful change, integrate cutting-edge digital solutions, and deliver exceptional outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive transformation by partnering with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital and process initiatives using modern tools and methodologies.
- Support change by evaluating and redesigning operating models to align with Cloud, AI/ML, and data analytics trends, enabling smooth transitions and adoption.
- Modernize project management by applying agile and traditional practices to control scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate transformation programs across P&A and Controllers, define scope and plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Engage stakeholders by facilitating updates and alignments with LOB leaders and technology teams to maintain clear, consistent communication and collaboration.
- Enable process and digital delivery by documenting business requirements, testing digital solutions, and developing user training materials for new systems.
- Generate operating-model and data insights by documenting and refining process flows and system integrations, leveraging technical expertise to support cloud-based initiatives.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally within P&A or Controllers functions.
- Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data management and cloud architecture principles.
