As an Associate Project Manager at Deccan AI, your role will involve overseeing and driving the successful completion of projects. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring projects remain within scope, timeline, and budget, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating 0-to-1 projects for the clients.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Team Management:
- Lead and guide project teams, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and managing client expectations.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Project Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications Required:
- 1+ years of experience in new initiatives of start-up.
