Associate Product Designer

As an Associate Product Designer at TNQ Tech, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-centered design solutions that enhance the overall user experience of enterprise digital products. Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into exceptional design solutions. You will have a knack for asking the right questions and constantly striving for clarity around the problem space. Additionally, you will tackle complex design challenges, developing elegant solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points in the publishing industry, and translate the findings into actionable design insights - Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user insights and feedback - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with established brand guidelines and design principles - Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and clarifications when needed Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of product design experience in building and delivering delightful products - Submission of a product design portfolio showcasing product thinking, user-centered design principles, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for visual design - Experience designing workflow management systems (WfMS) and/or enterprise products (good to have) - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines (good to have) - Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or any related field (good to have) Location: Chennai (Hybrid mode) About TNQ Tech: TNQ Tech, with 26 years of experience, is a leading technology company in the STM publishing industry.
