In this role as an RGM strategy Playbook - Associate, you will play a crucial role in the organization, focusing on brand ladder and price pack architecture analysis, Mix Management, and Promo Strategy. Your responsibilities will involve optimizing product and pricing strategies to enhance brand equity, profitability, and consumer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify brand positioning and price pack architecture opportunities.
- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to understand the impact of brand ladder and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions.
- Develop and refine brand ladder and price pack architecture models to streamline decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and pricing strategies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve the overall consumer experience and perception of brands and pricing structures.
- Contribute to the long-term brand and pricing strategy by participating in the creation of innovative approaches to optimize brand equity and profitability.
As a Brand Ladder / Price Pack Architecture (PPA) Playbook - Associate, you will utilize advanced analytical skills and tools to shape brand and pricing strategies in alignment with strategic goals, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction objectives.
**Functional Responsibilities:**
- Perform advanced analytics using Tableau / Power BI for developing predictive models, regression modeling, price elasticity analysis, and promotion optimization.
- Collaborate on sector RGM strategic projects such as promotions optimization, competitor benchmarking, and Price Pack Architecture initiatives to drive revenue realization.
- Conduct statistical and trend analysis to identify market opportunities and recommend corrective actions for performance enhancement.
- Monitor KPI metrics, develop new metrics, and identify root causes to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design visualization dashboards for easy access to critical insights for stakeholders.
- Develop programs, methodologies, and reports for data analysis and presentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and data to Revenue Management teams.
- Improve the utility of operational and performance data to support Business Intelligence efforts.
- Assist in developing ongoing training and capability plans for COE associates.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in Consumer Insights, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or CPG consulting.
- Experience in pricing and promotions management with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Previous work experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector with knowledge of Revenue Management processes.
- Excellent visualization skills to translate complex data into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Power BI software is an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
