Job Description

Your role will play a crucial part in aligning insights with business objectives by analyzing HR metrics, trends, and workforce data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders. - Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports tracking critical HR KPIs like turnover, diversity, absenteeism, and productivity. - Use advanced statistical methods to predict workforce trends, such as attrition forecasting, and design methodologies to enhance HR outcomes. - Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and monitor initiative effectiveness through data-driven feedback loops. - Ensure adherence to labor laws in data management and highlight risks by analyzing patterns in workforce behavior and engagement. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related role, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Visualization tools, and a programming language (e.g., Python). - Strong understanding of HR metrics, best practices, and predictive modeling techniques. - Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
