Job Description
As a Legal Assistant with 2 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions for DRT and DRAT matters
- Conduct legal research on banking laws, recovery proceedings, and relevant case laws
- Attend court proceedings before DRT/DRAT and assist seniors in hearings
- Prepare case summaries, briefs, and maintain case files
- Liaise with clients, banks, and financial institutions for case-related documentation
- Support in filing and procedural compliance before tribunals
- Track case status and maintain internal records and updates
You will be working full-time with a monthly pay ranging from 25,000.00 to 35,000.00. The work location will be in person.
