As an Associate Healthcare Recruiter in the US Healthcare Staffing industry, based in Noida for night shifts from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting healthcare candidates. Your responsibilities will include: - Source healthcare candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases. - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate availability, experience, and interest. - Arrange interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates. - Assist senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment tasks. - Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking sheets. - Communicate with candidates about job specifics, shifts, and compensation. - Help with documentation collection and submission readiness. - Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for future healthcare staffing needs. - Learn and adhere to US healthcare staffing compliance standards.
