Associate Financial Analyst

As part of the CFO organization, your role involves partnering with business teams to deliver strategies and provide players with amazing experiences. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and reporting actual financial performance, collecting and consolidating financial data for in-depth analysis, developing new financial reports based on evolving information needs, and maintaining communication with finance partners across multiple global locations for seamless coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and report actual financial performance, comparing it with budgeted figures and the latest forecast - Collect and consolidate financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for in-depth analysis - Develop and deliver new financial reports or insights based on business team requests - Maintain regular communication with finance partners across multiple global locations Qualifications: - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance, but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting related field preferred - 0-2 years of related Financial and FP&A experience - Demonstrated passion for learning and growing - Highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple priorities - Comfortable building analysis based on data from multiple sources - Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous review process for accuracy - Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with Anaplan and/or Power Bi is a plus Location: Hyderabad Reporting to: Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A The company values attributes like collaboration, learning, diversity, and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment where you can be yourself.
