Associate Finance Controller, Damco ATR

As an Associate Finance Controller at Damco ATR, you will be responsible for delivering assigned tasks within specified time and quality standards. You will take ownership of various areas within the FNA function, including End to End ATR, Reporting-Month End Compliance, Key Performance Indicators, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining, constructing, communicating, reporting, and controlling End to End ATR - Managing Reporting-Month End Compliance, Key Performance Indicators, Performance Reporting, and more - Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting of books - Handling Corporate & management accounting, fixed assets accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations - Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and adherence to accounting principles - Conducting monthly cost analysis and managing intercompany billings effectively - Identifying and prioritizing tasks, managing stakeholder expectations, and closing audits - Maintaining high quality in all deliveries and continuously improving processes - Documenting implemented processes and procedures, closing open items promptly - Contributing to a constructive working environment and upholding Maersk Core Values Additionally, you should have a thorough knowledge of IFRS, experience in financial reporting, and the ability to conduct adhoc analysis when required. You will participate in calls with stakeholders, adhere to timelines, and report the correct financial position accurately. Your role will involve collaborating with business partners, ensuring intercompany guidelines are followed, and striving for continuous improvement in tasks and processes.
