ASSOCIATE DELIVERY MANAGER - IT SERVICES

As the Operations Manager - IT Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of enterprise IT operations, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and cost-effective services aligned with business objectives across multiple sites. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute IT operations strategy in line with business growth and scalability requirements. - Establish IT policies, standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks for compliance. - Develop and manage IT roadmaps for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and business continuity. - Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including data centers, servers, storage, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP, and CCTV systems. - Lead greenfield and brownfield IT projects, office expansions, and technology refresh initiatives. - Oversee cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and drive cloud migration initiatives. - Establish and enforce cybersecurity controls and disaster recovery plans. - Lead IT service management processes, define KPIs, SLAs, and drive automation for operational efficiencies. - Manage IT budgets, vendor selection, contract management, and oversee IT asset lifecycle. - Build, mentor, and manage high-performing IT operations and infrastructure teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent. - 15+ years of experience in IT Operations / Infrastructure Leadership, preferably in manufacturing, telecom, or enterprise environments. - Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, CCNA, SAP Basis preferred.
