Associate- CFO Services

As an Associate in the CFO & Business Transformation Advisory team at P G BHAGWAT LLP, your role will involve financial planning, business analysis, and supporting clients in improving financial performance and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business strategy. - Monitor cash flows and recommend optimal financing structures. - Develop financial models and dashboards for performance tracking. - Prepare financial statements and management reports. - Conduct market and profitability analysis to support business growth and pricing decisions. - Manage day-to-day accounting, including bank reconciliations and month-end closing. - Ensure statutory compliance and assist with audits. - Support inventory management and operational efficiency improvements. - Provide insights to clients and communicate key matters to the reporting partner.
