Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate organizational growth by identifying new business prospects, handling outreach campaigns, and nurturing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, digitally proficient, and open to traveling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business leads
- Design and implement outreach programs such as partnership events, campus drives, seminars, hackathons, and marketing campaigns
- Lead introductory discussions and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners
- Travel across designated locations for meetings and business expansion activities

- Good analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent negotiation, patience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Ready to travel frequently for business purposes
