Qualifications Required: Education: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree in IT management or related field preferred. Experience: - 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive level IT position. - Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing large-scale enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Experience managing complex IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and cyber security programs. Skills: - Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. - Experience developing and executing IT strategy aligned with business goals. - Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams. - Financial management skills, including budget planning and vendor negotiations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
