Job Description

As the Assistant Vice President - Growth, your role will involve driving strategic business expansion, revenue growth, and customer acquisition initiatives. You must possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, digital channels, partnerships, and data-driven growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. - Identifying new market opportunities, customer segments, and channels for expansion. - Working closely with senior leadership to define short-term and long-term growth priorities. - Driving customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives to maximize lifetime value. - Building strategic partnerships and alliances that accelerate business growth. - Monitoring and improving key growth metrics across products and regions. - Utilizing analytics to understand user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign ROI. - Defining and tracking key KPIs to measure growth performance and optimize strategies. - Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives. - Mentoring and leading a team of growth managers, analysts, and digital marketers. - Driving a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and continuous optimization. - Staying updated with market trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities. - Managing growth budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven spending and strategic allocation. - Overseeing vendor management, contracts, and negotiations related to growth initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams towards identifying opportunities, executing growth plans, and ensuring sustainable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
