- Mentoring and leading a team of growth managers, analysts, and digital marketers.
- Driving a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and continuous optimization.
- Staying updated with market trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities.
- Managing growth budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven spending and strategic allocation.
- Overseeing vendor management, contracts, and negotiations related to growth initiatives.
