- Conduct on-the-job training and provide constructive feedback for team development.
- Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, hiring, and training needs for optimal staffing.
- Change Management:
- Adapt to new business strategies and implement changes within the store environment.
- Encourage team flexibility in embracing new processes and technologies.
- Decision-Making:
- Make informed decisions using data insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze store performance metrics to optimize operations and implement improvements.
- Allocate resources efficiently to enhance staff productivity and store performance.
- Store Operations Excellence:
- Oversee comprehensive store management, including visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage prevention.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store functionality, presentation, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage administrative tasks such as store expenses, monthly reports, and operational checklists.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry with at least 2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager leading a team of 5+ people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities for smooth store operations.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction and conflict resolution.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
